AI Tarot, including Luna, Seren, and every other AI-generated reading, chat, horoscope, birth-chart analysis, compatibility result, or interpretation, is provided only for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal exploration. It is not a factual prediction or a substitute for your own judgment.
2. AI Limitations and No Guarantees
AI systems can make mistakes, misunderstand context, omit facts, or produce inconsistent or unsuitable content. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, availability, or any prediction about the future, relationships, health, finances, opportunities, decisions, or other outcomes. Results are subjective and may differ between sessions.
3. Not Professional Advice
The service does not provide medical, mental-health or psychological, legal, financial, investment, or other professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not delay or replace qualified professional help because of an AI response. Use qualified professionals for important or high-impact decisions.
4. Crisis and Self-Harm
Do not rely on tarot, astrology, divination, Luna, Seren, or any AI output during a crisis. If you are considering self-harm or suicide, or anyone may be in immediate danger, stop using divination for the decision and contact local emergency services or a trusted person who can stay with you and help you reach appropriate support.
5. User Responsibility and Third Parties
You remain responsible for how you interpret and use outputs, for checking important information, and for the choices and actions you take. Do not use the service to harm others or make decisions on another person’s behalf without appropriate consent. Third-party links, content, services, or model outputs are controlled by their providers; we do not endorse or guarantee their accuracy, availability, safety, or practices.
6. Limits of Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AI Tarot is not responsible for decisions, losses, harm, missed opportunities, or other consequences arising from reliance on AI-generated or third-party content. The service is provided subject to the warranties and liability limits stated in our Terms of Service. Nothing here excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Data and Privacy
Use of account, birth, reading, chat, usage, and transaction information is described in our Privacy Policy. Certain sensitive stored fields are protected with AES-256-GCM encryption at rest where implemented, but no online system is completely secure. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share.
8. Subscriptions, Cancellation, and Refunds
Subscriptions are billed according to the plan and price displayed at checkout and may be processed by Stripe or Creem. Cancellation generally stops a future renewal rather than reversing an elapsed or partly used period. Eligibility and request procedures are governed by our Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights; a refund is not automatic.
9. Minors, Changes, and Contact
