Terms of Service

By accessing or using AI Tarot (aitarot.pro), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

AI Tarot provides AI-powered tarot readings, horoscopes, birth-chart features, compatibility tools, and conversations with the AI guides Luna and Seren. Features may change as the service develops.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and remain responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old, and must have a parent or guardian’s permission where local law requires it.

Free: 1 AI Tarot reading total per account, shared across all AI Tarot scenarios; 1 basic birth chart total per account; and 2 AI chat messages total per account, shared by Luna and Seren. Plus: unlimited tarot readings, reading history, 30 AI chat messages per month shared by Luna and Seren, 3 compatibility checks per month, and an ad-free experience. Pro: everything in Plus, plus unlimited AI chat shared by Luna and Seren, unlimited compatibility checks, and full birth-chart readings. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel through the available billing controls or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal; paid access normally continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are not automatic and are reviewed under our Refund Policy, applicable law, payment records, and the rules of Stripe or Creem. Contact support promptly about duplicate, unauthorized, or otherwise incorrect charges.

You must not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, exploitation, fraud, attempts to access another person’s account or data, security interference, reverse engineering, scraping, automated abuse, or distribution of harmful content. Our Content Safety Policy also applies. We may limit unsafe requests or outputs.

AI Tarot content is generated by artificial intelligence for entertainment and personal reflection. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice and must not be treated as a basis for urgent or high-impact decisions.

We process account, birth, reading, conversation, and usage data as described in our Privacy Policy. We use technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption for protected data in transit and at rest where appropriate. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.

The service, branding, interface, software, and platform materials are owned by AI Tarot or its licensors. Subject to these terms, AI-generated results are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You retain rights in the original information you submit, and grant us the rights needed to process it and provide the service.

The service may depend on third-party providers, including payment, hosting, authentication, and AI services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, preservation of every feature, or that third-party services will always operate without delay or error.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the accuracy or outcomes of AI-generated content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, AI Tarot is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on that content, service interruptions, or unauthorized use outside our reasonable control. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address violations of these terms, safety or security risks, fraud, nonpayment, legal requirements, or harm to users or the service. You may stop using the service at any time; cancellation of a paid plan remains subject to Section 5.

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Material updates will be posted with a revised date, and continued use after an update means the revised terms apply. Questions may be sent to support@aitarot.pro.
