Terms of Service

By accessing or using AI Tarot (aitarot.pro), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

AI Tarot provides AI-powered tarot readings, horoscopes, birth-chart features, compatibility tools, and conversations with the AI guides Luna and Seren. Features may change as the service develops.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and remain responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old, and must have a parent or guardian’s permission where local law requires it.

Free: 1 AI Tarot reading total per account, shared across all AI Tarot scenarios; 1 basic birth chart total per account; and 2 AI chat messages total per account, shared by Luna and Seren. Plus: unlimited tarot readings, reading history, 30 AI chat messages per month shared by Luna and Seren, 3 compatibility checks per month, and an ad-free experience. Pro: everything in Plus, plus unlimited AI chat shared by Luna and Seren, unlimited compatibility checks, and full birth-chart readings. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Before you pay, checkout shows the amount, currency, billing period and automatic renewal for your order, and that display governs. Subscriptions renew automatically until automatic renewal is canceled. You can cancel it yourself at any time in Settings → Billing by choosing “Cancel Auto-Renew” and confirming; the steps, and how to confirm that cancellation succeeded, are set out in Section 2 of the Refund Policy. Canceling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current charge, and paid access continues until the end date shown in Billing. Canceling through a payment provider’s own portal follows that provider’s rules, which may differ.

Refunds are not automatic. Canceling automatic renewal stops future renewals and does not refund a payment already made; it is also different from withdrawing from the contract under a statutory right of withdrawal. Under our Refund Policy, applicable law and the rules of Stripe or Creem, a refund or billing correction can be warranted for a verified duplicate charge, a charge taken after a cancellation confirmed before the renewal date, or a material failure to deliver the paid service that could not be resolved. Mandatory consumer rights, including any statutory right of withdrawal, are not limited by these terms.

You must not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, exploitation, fraud, attempts to access another person’s account or data, security interference, reverse engineering, scraping, automated abuse, or distribution of harmful content. Our Content Safety Policy also applies. We may limit unsafe requests or outputs.

AI Tarot content is generated by artificial intelligence for entertainment and personal reflection. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice and must not be treated as a basis for urgent or high-impact decisions.

We process account, birth, reading, conversation, and usage data as described in our Privacy Policy. We use technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption for protected data in transit and at rest where appropriate. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.

The service, branding, interface, software, and platform materials are owned by AI Tarot or its licensors. Subject to these terms, AI-generated results are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You retain rights in the original information you submit, and grant us the rights needed to process it and provide the service.

The service may depend on third-party providers, including payment, hosting, authentication, and AI services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, preservation of every feature, or that third-party services will always operate without delay or error.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the accuracy or outcomes of AI-generated content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, AI Tarot is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on that content, service interruptions, or unauthorized use outside our reasonable control. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address violations of these terms, safety or security risks, fraud, nonpayment, legal requirements, or harm to users or the service. You may stop using the service at any time; cancellation of a paid plan remains subject to Section 5.

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Material updates will be posted with a revised date, and continued use after an update means the revised terms apply. Questions may be sent to support@aitarot.pro.

Where applicable consumer law gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal, starting access or generating a reading does not by itself waive that right for an ongoing subscription. If you expressly request an early start and later withdraw, a proportionate charge for service supplied may apply only as permitted by law. Loss of the service-contract withdrawal right requires full performance and the required prior consent and acknowledgement. To withdraw, send an unambiguous statement to support@aitarot.pro identifying your account and order. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over any non-refund statement. These consent requirements apply to new checkouts; no consent is inferred for earlier orders.
